Today I was told that I am so nonconfrontational that I am impossible to fight with.

I took it as a compliment.

Monday is my first day and I seriously can not wait. I feel like Monday is going to be the beginning of a whole new chapter. It’s a chance for me to establish a new first impression with a whole new set of people. I’m actually going to have work friends that are my AGE!!!! Weird. :)

I’m so happy. So so so so so happy.

14 miles in on the schedule for tomorrow. It’ll be the longest run to date for my marathon training. I am currently sitting while my calves and feet are in CES compression socks. :) Just like ChaseFear said, I know I can physically do it..but mentally, thats another story. :)

I’ve got my shot blocks, hydration belt, garmin, ipod nano, and a recovery bar ready to go for tomorrow. I’ve got an early wake up tomorrow!!! 515 am to be out the door by 6!!

I’ll recap my FIRST 14 miler tomorrow!

Evidently San Quentin guards are planning to retaliate to Occupy’s actions by keeping all inmates in solitary confinement for all of Monday. By the guards’ design, the inmates are reacting with resentment of occupiers.

Unfortunately 4,000+ men will spend 24 hours…
